Scottish smallpipes to me are normally played played with bellows, or can be made mouthblown. I dont deal much in mouthblown sets because like everything else we blow into moisture becomes a problem. With bellows sets ,Cauld wind pipes, as they are effectionately known, are relatively trouble free
